Mystery Tackl is a fun, affordable way for anglers to discover new products and learn new techniques to help them catch more fish. Our subscription plans introduce beginner through to expert anglers new fishing lures and tackl, and the best way to use them.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Mystery Tackl is only $65.99 a month for our BASIC box through to $97.99 a month for our ELITE box, and you can cancel any time. Our subscriptions expose anglers to new quality lures at a fraction of the price. Plus we ship for free!
CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL?
Yes, at any time! Control these preferences from your account page.
CAN I CHANGE SPECIES?
Absolutely! You can switch between any species, whenever you’d like by signing into your account page at tackl.com.au
IS EVERY BOX THE SAME?
Nope! We send multiple variations out per month, so you should never receive the same box twice.
WHEN DOES MY FIRST BOX SHIP?
Waiting is the worst! Your first box ships within 36 hours of your order at the latest.
HOW DO I STOP MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel anytime for any reason with just a few clicks. We hope you’ll stay, but we never make it hard to leave.
If you decide you no longer want to receive or service just login to your account and you can cancel your subscription.
*Please note If you have committed to a longer subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining boxes.
CAN I CANCEL A MULTI-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION?
If you have committed to a multi-month subscription, you can cancel at any time although you will still receive all the remaining subscription boxes (1 per month) for the remaining duration of the original commitment period. Then upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
WHY ARE THE SUBSCRIPTIONS DIFFERENT PRICES IF IT'S STILL PAID MONTHLY?
Great question! If you commit to a longer length of fishy goodness, you get the best deal! Preparing ahead of time allows us to make plans with high quality vendors to put together future boxes at a great price.
If a long term subscription isn't your thing, no problem! We also offer a monthly subscriptions from $65.99 so feel free to sign up to whichever plan works best for you!
ARE THERE ANY INITIATION FEES OR CANCELLATION FEES OR OTHER SNEAKY STUPID FEES?
No way. We don’t like fees any more than you do. You only have to pay for the stuff we send you.
WILL MY MYSTERY TACKL SUBSCRIPTION COME WITH FULL RETAIL SIZE PRODUCTS?
Our tackl boxes include a mixture of full retail package and sample packs or lures, soft baits and terminal tackle. We have found anglers favour more variety of baits in our boxes versus having less full-size retail packs. This way, it enables anglers to try out and explore new baits, and if it's something they like, they can purchase more.
WHEN DO I GET BILLED EACH MONTH?
First payments are processed at the time of the subscription purchase with all future payments processed on the 1st day of each month. See Example1, 6 and 12-month plans renew on the appropriate anniversary date.
IS THERE A DEADLINE TO MAKE SURE I GET MY MYSTERY TACKL SUBSCRIPTION THIS MONTH?
No, there is no deadline to order. We send out boxes all month long, and your first box will be sent within 48 hours of your order.
In the scenario that a subscription is purchased within five days from the end of the month, the customer will be charged at the time of purchase.
The first future payment will be at the month following the upcoming month. See example 2
Example 1 – You subscribe on the 16th of September. Payment will be processed for the first box. That first box is sent out within 36 hours. On the 1st of October, your credit card will be charged again. The second box will then be picked, packed and shipped within fourteen days.
Example 2 – You subscribe on the 27th of September. Payment will be processed for the first box. That first box is sent out within 36 hours. On the 1st of November, your credit card will be charged again. The second box will then be picked, packed and shipped within fourteen days.
On the 1st of December and monthly moving forward you would be charged for any future boxes.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ADDRESS?
To change your shipping address, SIGN IN to your account and scroll down to the Address Book section. There you'll see your current shipping address. Select the ‘Edit’ button to add or alter the address. Please Note: The deadline to update your shipping address is the last day of the month. Changes made on the 1st of the month or after will go into effect the following month.
CAN I EXCHANGE, RETURN OR GET A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?
All subscription and box specialty sales are final and are non-refundable or ineligible for returns. If you want to learn more about our refunds, returns or exchanges policies, please visit Shipping & Returns Information.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a limited 30-day return policy. This applies to all Rods, Reels, Apparel and additional Fishing Accessories that we sell on tackl.com.au. If you would like an exchange, return or refund an item within 30 days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your proof of purchase, details, and reason for the return, and we will provide further instructions. All items must be in a new, unused condition and returned in original, undamaged packaging. You're welcome to open and inspect the product, but we can not accept a return if the product shows signs of use or damage.
If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will happily cover the return and replacement of your item. If the merchandise is not damaged or faulty, but you wish to return or replace it within the allowed 30 days of the original order date, then the return shipping fee will need to be paid by the customer.
