SHIPPING & RETURN INFORMATION
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We want our customers to be fully satisfied with us. We also request our customers to shop thoughtfully and ask questions they might have before purchasing.
All our new and existing customers are advised to read our shipping and return policies:
Tackl makes sure that our customers receive their orders delivered on time. If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time frame, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be happy to tell the status of your delivery or send a replacement shipment if required.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
We use a selection of courier services with delivery times between 3 - 8 business days for metro areas and 3 - 8 business days after dispatch for regional areas. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only. Delivery time frames and cost of delivery vary depending on the postcode.
At Tackl, we work with leading courier services. All subscription boxes will be shipped to you within 48 hours after you have placed the order.
All other products, including reels, specialty boxes, rods, clothing, and other fishing items, ship within 3 - 8 business days for regional regions and 3 - 8 business days for metro regions, of the order being placed.
Our delivery services operate between Monday and Friday.
Note: The cost of delivery and shipping time frames vary by postcode.
Free shipping: For online orders over $99 after any coupon or sale discounts.
Free delivery is only applicable to metro areas within Australia. The total order amount does not include any quoted freight or delivery costs.
The free shipping offer may be modified or removed at any time. The offer does not apply to bulky items and Gift Cards.
Your order qualifies for free shipping only if it meets all above criteria.
We currently do not provide worldwide shipping.
Note: We do not deliver to unattended locations. The parcel will need a signature from the occupant, at the shipment address mentioned on the parcel, at the time of delivery.
If there is no one on-site to sign for any package, a card will be left, and the package will be sent to your closet Courier center. You will have to collect the parcel at your own or pay added costs associated with re-delivery.
Advisably, shoppers should provide an address of the locations that are served during normal business hours, whether it’s an office or a friend, to avoid delays and/or re-deliver costs.
You may have to pay additional delivery of freight fees within the checkout (in addition to the charges mentioned above) for:
- Large volume or bulk orders.
- Express or critical deliveries.
- Non-stock and/or bespoke objects.
When you checkout, Tackl will seek your approval of delivery costs. Our website automatically determines delivery charges using the courier aggregation application of the courier company. Heavy items have either large cubic volume or high weight.
Products are considered to be bulky based on the shipping methods of the courier firms we work with. If your cart contains both bulky and non-bulky products, it will be calculated accordingly.
The shipping methods of our courier companies allocate products as bulky.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
After shipping your order, we send you a confirmation email along with order tracking information. Once you confirm the email, you can track the order at any time. Simply login to your account and check your shipment’s status.
Tracking numbers often take 24-48 hours from the shipping date to get activated. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number as the shipment may come from different locations depending on the ordered item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day return policy on most orders within Australia. This policy is applicable but not limited to apparel, reels, all accessories, and additional fishing items. This policy does not cover rods and Mystery Tackl boxes.
You may return a qualifying product(s) for a full refund or exchange of the purchase within 30 days of the original order date. Products must be returned in original packaging and must be unused. You’re welcome to open your package and inspect the product before the return. Proof of purchase is necessary.
You may return qualifying products for exchange or full refund of the purchase within 30 days of the original order date.
To return or exchange a product, please email us at email@example.com. Do not forget to include your full name, email ID, and order number, and item(s) to be exchanged or returned.
Items Excluded: We do not accept exchanges or returns for Mystery Tackl boxes, subscription boxes, specialty boxes, rods or personalized items. Subscription boxes and other products received in the boxes are ineligible for returns and nonrefundable.
Account Credit Usage: After purchase, if you spent the tied account credit before returning the product, the total refund reflects the purchase price of the product minus the dollar value of the credit spent.
Unused account credit associated with the purchase is removed from your account as we issue refund.
Used Products: We do not issue returns for used products and the products without original packaging.
You are requested to contact the product’s manufacturer for any repair or warranty issue. Most of Tackl products are covered by manufacturer warranty and repair programs.
It is a great option in case you discover a manufacturer defect after using the product. Alternatively, you can contact our support team by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, email ID and order number.
If your order includes more than one type of item, the highest shipping price applies. For instance, if you order a fishing reel and a heavy bulk product, then the price of heavy bulk applies.
Any item is considered “Bulky and Heavy products” if it meets the following three criteria:
- Package length is more than 105cm. It excludes rods & parcels under 15kg.
- Package height or width is more than 70cm. It excludes rods & parcels under 15kg.
- Item weight, including package weight, is more than 15kg.
We reserve the right to apply courier charges and/or cancel orders for Bulky and Heavy products for deliveries into remote areas. These areas are at the discretion of Tackl co Pty Ltd in with the delivery policies of major Freight Partners. These conditions are inclusive of Elite Anglers Club Members!
Also, delivery time to remote areas and certain regions may be slower than normal delivery times.
